About the Course

Ages 6 Months - 12 Months

Will focus on teaching the infant proper breath control, skills to maintain a floating position and the ability to maintain the floating position until help can arrive.

The infant will learn:

  1. To hold their breath under water.
  2. To roll onto their back.
  3. ​To float unassisted, rest and breathe until help arrives.
  4. To perform these Self-Rescue™ skills in a summer clothes and then in winter clothes.
